Uncoiler
The hot-rolled steel strip is slit by slitting line to its preset width,and then it is recoiled for storage.After uncoiled,the steel strip is flattened at the ends,then the sheared strips are butt welded by MIQ gas,enter into accumulator. |
Spiral Accumulator
The super spiral accumulator is adoped with strip storage of 2000M,the accumulator can ensure material feeding to meet continuous production.

The high efficient automatic hydrotester can be used to test pipes with diameters ranging from 219mm to 630mm,lengths ranging from 6m to 18.5m according to API standard,maximum pressure up to 55Mpa. |
