On 1st, August, 2008, CNOOK KINGLAND ushered the superiors and the experts into inspecting on production operation & management system which lasted 3 days. The team of experts was made up of Zhou Ling (The operation manager of DNV), Du Lingyi (The auditor registered by nation as well as the HSE manager of CNOOC Oil Extraction Service Branch), Fang Jianghong (The technique supervisor of CNOOC Oil gas utilization & asphalt Co.,Ltd.), Zhou Fuyi (The HSE manager CNOOC Developing Pipeline Project Co.,Ltd.).

The experts gave the critical appraisal about the management mode and level of CNOOC KINGLAND. They considered CNOOC KINGLAND had put a lot of effort into the production operation & management system and had created an atmosphere of full study, serious implement, active improvement. CNOOC KINGLAND has high quality staff troop, the innovation unity management, swift development situation, and good performance with the system.

   In order to enhance the communication with the experts, study their cognition and practice on the system and promote the performance and the management level, CNOOC KINGLAND had held a special meeting on  the afternoon of 2nd, August, 2008.The conventioneers are consist of the four experts and the leadership and the above directors. The meeting adopted the pattern of combining question with answer. The experts elaborated the purpose of establishing this system and the questions such as how to operate the system effectively. Their splendid answer from the experts made all the staff in the meeting well understood the purpose and performance in a easiest and active atmosphere.

   In the 3 days, the team of experts had inspected the job sites of 13 function departments and establishment units, looked up the sample documents and communicated with the relative staff fully. They thought the establishment and operation of the system was successful in CNOOC KINGLAND with high level, suitability and maneuverability. 

   Regarding the opinions and the proposals raised by the experts, CNOOC KINGLAND showed we would improve and inspect again on the discovered problems to keep the system operating effectively and promote our management.
